Not able to get the same output in localhost as the website. #2

Getting - No Group named in localhost but getting output in the website you have deployed. Could you please let me know what changes I have to do to make it run locally?

Hello,

I just installed locally do_my_qPCRcalc with this repository in an Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS in virtual box 6.1 on Windows with these tools : XAMPP for Apache and PHP, then : ssconvert Perl with the following libraries: Excel :: Writer :: XLSX Spreadsheet :: ParseExcel Statistics :: TTest. Finally, I give the write access on "upload" and "download" directories.

It works fine locally.

If there is always a problem can you detail your installation please? Or maybe your can give me a problematic input file.
