How to modify the configuration，help #24

Hello, I need your help, I want to modify

assets\json\db.json;

assets\json\entities_ client.json;

assets\json\entities_ server.json;

assets\sprites\atlas1.json;

But I don't know how to generate this file. Is there any tool or manual modification?
