Create the create transaction page

Preliminaries:

Requirements:

[ ] Ability to edit Type of Transaction
[ ] Ability to edit Date
[ ] Ability to edit Amount
[ ] Ability to edit Category (single select)
[ ] Ability to edit Account (single select)
[ ] Ability to edit Notes
[ ] Action button for updating and removing

Details:

For now, let us use this package for our icons.
Use dummy variables for the label values (categories, wallets).
Temporarily use a variable for the transaction object until a backend is available.
