Render Create New Transaction Page

This PR focuses on enhancing the application by refactoring certain components to improve modularity, introducing a new font, and implementing the rendering of the New Transaction Window.

Enhancements

• Introduces functionality to render the create new transaction page.
  • Closes #10
• Implements preliminary form validation
• Add font ShantellSans

Fixes:

• Fixes the issue where the navbar remained visible across other pages

Future work

• [ ] Implementing the show more button.
• [ ] Implementing the account transfer option
• [ ] Migrate to using real icons
• [ ] Improve form validation (need to make a document for this)
