Edit transaction page

This PR implements some functionality to the add/edit transaction pages.

Enhancements:

• Implement stores in creating transactions to allow progress saving.
• Add the ability to select a transaction and view it on the edit page.
  • closes #11
• Improve type safety for transaction types.

Fixes:

• The signup page now redirects to the dashboard.

Future work:

• [ ] Use locale for datetime instead of UTC.
• [ ] Keep testing the behavior of the routes.
• [ ] Update types for other objects.
• [ ] Fix clunky UI in add/edit transaction.
