feat: implement user default options and integrate categories

This PR primarily focuses on integrating remaining user options into the UI and establishing default settings for new users.

features:

• Implemented transaction form reset button.
• Hooked actual categories to forms.
• Render of actual icons of categories.
• Added default categories and wallets for new users.
• Linked transaction categories and wallets to user instances using id references.
  • Ensures automatic updating of related transactions with instance changes.

Future work:

• Implement a system to handle deletion of categories or wallets with existing entries bound to them.
