This PR implements unit testing using Playwright. With this, a couple changes were done:

replaced testing.yml with playwright_testing.yml
implemented Testing for login page
- check for dashboard elements upon logging in
implemented Testing for transaction page
- check for amount without filter
- check for amount with filter
