Unable to create TemplateCategory #15

The payload we send to the CakeMail API does not follow the expected format.

To make matters worse, there is a bug in CakeMail's API that causes the following string to be returned instead of a meaningful error message: inc\/TemplateV2\/CreateCategory.php_MSG_00
