WebSocket events #242

Zoom has a new feature currently in public beta (but developers have to fill out a form to request access to this beta feature) that allows developers to use WebSockets to receive notifications about interested events.

I submitted the signup form and will work on this feature if the folks at Zoom grant me access.

I was accepted in the beta program. I can now start working on this new feature.
