Add continuous_meeting_chat to meeting settings. #335

334 This was just a quick addition for the one setting I needed. If I have time, I'll see if I can go through the list and add some of the other new settings that are missing.

Excellent! thank you for this PR. I'll go ahead and merge it and publish a new release (I probably won't have time today, so expect it tomorrow or this weekend at the latest).

If you add other "meeting settings" fields, simply submit a separate PR.
