I regret not seeing this repository earlier. The following example is basically similar to what I came up with by tiddlywiki source code.

Hi @oeyoews sorry to hear that. I remember making this repo because it was an important milestone, but I am very surprised to find that it was so long ago.

I have now added a link from https://tiddlywiki.com/dev.

Perhaps it would be helpful for explanatory purposes if the core TW5 repo shipped with a tool in the ./bin directory that was made in this way.
