Trying to publish iwth the fission publisher gives a NoPermissionsError.

As per user matheus23 on the Fission Discord this looks like an issue with not using the new structured objects for file paths. The code in the repository shows the publisher was not updated when updating for webnative 0.24.1

Hi @saqimtiaz my bad, I'm halfway through updating things with the new webnative.

@Jermolene No worries. I was familiarizing myself with TWoF and wasn't sure if I was just configuring things incorrectly.
