• fix constructor name issue and circular dependency
• assign missing faction types in "skirmish"
• furball not spawning after owl is killed
• touch input not registering anymore if keyboard is attached
• lobby and room visibility fix
• fix for instant matchmaking by awaiting socker connect
• fix center camera on spawn point
• attempt to lock cursor to screen
