WIP: Create documentation #64

As mentioned in #49, some documentation would be nice. I decided to write the main documentation in reStructuredText so it can directly become part of a MoveIt tutorial in the future.

[ ] Update readme with new location of YAML file with parameters.
[ ] Write general introduction explaining what it is.
[ ] Installation, configurations and usage section.
[ ] A simple example of using the ik solver in a ROS node?

Note to self: interesting talk by Robert Haschke on the IK interface, some figures of the presentation could be useful.

@simonschmeisser I guess this PR is superseded by https://github.com/ros-planning/moveit_tutorials/pull/607? Thank you for writing it btw :)
