FR: Enable access to restricted repositories #47

It seems the plugin only works with public repositories, or rather only with repositories that are accessible even without logging into github. Am I correct?

Does the extension allow MediaWiki to access github via a token or other credentials?

At present only content from public repos can be fetched. Enhancing the extension to also support private repos would be cool. Pull requests welcome. (I have no time/incentive to implement this myself though will review contributions.)
