@AboveNBeyondCode no issues after the maintenance here. Could you maybe restart your homebridge instance?
I have the same problem with cloud from yeasterday on my Daikin Altherma 3. I restarted the wifi gateway, the unit connected to the wifi but not to the cloud, the onecta app asks me to add the unit to the cloud but even though I waited for long minutes, it didn't add it.
If the unit does not connect to the cloud this plugin won't work. We connect to Daikin Cloud and not via local network. If you can post the debug logs that might help confirm this is the problem.
Well, I waited till today. Surprisingly everything is working again ;)
I confirm your answer. This morning I managed to connect the unit to the cloud and everything is working. So I think it was some kind of failure on Daikin's side after maintenance.

yesterday I got a message from Daikin that they will do some maintenance on their cloud system. The daikin app in working again after the maintenance. Unfortunately the homebridge connect using the daikin-cloud plugin is not working anymore. I can "activate" the AC in the home app, but nothing happens.
