In fact, as your screenshot shows, A higher value means that the algorithm guesses the difficulty or competition of getting the job is higher. That's a broad definition, but that's what Job difficulty means. Because depending on the current user and purpose of our program, each card represents a job opportunity, similar to the one on talentconnect.

It is really a brilliant idea to calculate the job difficulty as probability. However, I still have confusion about the interpretion of job difficulty. Is it about the probability of securing a certain job offered by the user of this app? Or is it about the difficulty of finding a job, starting a career as SWE in a broader sense. To put it another way, is it about matching this certain job or generally finding a job anywhere? Perhaps can add a feature to view the job requirement or introduce that in UG.
