The user will be asked if they want to create a Billing Account for the customer . If they answer ‘Yes’, an account will be created automatically with default information from the customer card. Refer to ‘Creation of a New Account’ to complete the account record.
I am not getting this in BC, is this a bug or a documentation issue?
Think that is documentation as it used to do that but then a Create Utility Account action item was added to the page. Previous versions may do that though.
