Use custom ApplicationArea?? #39

Should we be using a custom application area to manage the visibility of jenworks functionality. For instance, what if there are more than one companies in BC and they are not all Utility companies? Using a custom application would allow us to hide the Jenworks area in non-utility companies. At least that is my understanding.

That's sounds like a good idea. Might need a further explanation as to how that actually works
