Should there be a way to see all these accounts/lines in one place?

Do we need a separate page or just a view on the accounts/lines pages?

Sort of. I was thinking of a page that shows only "Suspended" accounts. Although, thinking back on it, this could be a pre-built view on the Account/Account Lines pages.
