Recently BC has added "quick information" link for all fields with a table relation set. This displays the "brick" view of the related field when clicked on.
In this instance the page had Drilldown/lookup Page IDs set on the field which just took me to the customer list rather than the specific customer. If I want to look at the customer card from the quick info pane I just click on the link. We have the ability to add fields to the brick view and they will be displayed as well. Note, there are no labels so we want to be careful what to add.
