Client List not display the connection #2

I used 127.0.0.1, port 1725, in MonitorJStub show

Attempting to connect to 127.0.0.1:1725
127.0.0.1
Connection Success!

in MonitorJ show

NEW CLIENT CONNECTION ON PORT: 1725

but not show the client in the client list, monitorj work with no-ip ? thanks

Need help installing!
