Set encoding of the output file #4

This prevents issues with cards containing some exotic utf-8 characters.

Thank you @shrx, it's good to have people test out variety of cards, languages and settings on different operating systems. I had missed this encoding issue as it worked fine on Linux out of the box with the cards I had available for testing.
