VCF RDFization is still work-in-progress.

I'm working on implementing VCF to RDF this week (Jan 27-31, 2014).

We could reinstate the statement about VCF conversion then, where I can help out with the VCF RDFization too. At the same time, I can have a look at the integration of identifiers.org.
