Suggestion: add config options to configure zing geneation and add oredict [1.16.5] #347

as the name implies, this is requestinig for a possable way to disable this custom ores generation as some mods like create include zinc ore in its generation. on another note its missing a proper oredict for it

ore tag was added, but config options are not possible due to the way ore gen was handled in 1.16 :(
