issue with regeneration mod 1.18.2 and 1.12.2

the issue with this version is that when i added regeneration and launched the game it crashed two times without even opening minecraft and two other times it crashed while generating the world staying at 0% and then crashing.

the 1.12.2 modpack is on forge-14.23.5.2860 and contain: BetterMineshaftsForge-1.12.2-2.2.1 betterportals-0.3.7.7 Bloodmoon-MC1.12.2-1.5.3 coroutil-1.12.1-1.2.30 DimensionalDoors-1.12.2-3.0.11 (litteraly crashing every single time i go in a door and and making me buged in a dimension, i asked for help on the discord but no one ever answered me) EpicSiegeMod-13.168 Fish's+Undead+Rising-1.3.2 Forgelin-1.8.3 HardcoreDarkness-MC1.12.2-2.0 jei_1.12.2-4.16.1.301 journeymap-1.12.2-5.5.1 LegendOfHerobrine-1.12.2-0.5.4 OptiFine_1.12.2_HD_U_G5 Passive+Aggression-1.12.2-0.0.1 RealisticTorches-1.12.2-2.1.2 SRParasites-1.12.2v1.9.5 TenshiLib-1.12.2-1.2.4 themidnight-0.3.5 weather2-1.12.1-2.6.12 weeping-angels-46 (working well)

the issue with this version is that my health hit 0 and i go to preregeneration phase and state of garce, i drop to constant 1 to 2 fps without my conputer having any probleme and same when enter the regeneration and postregeneration state making the game unplayable and also one the last time i tested it i punched the ground to stop the regeneration and after a moment (at 1 fps) it told me to punch the ground again which i didn't do and then i saw my character on the floor and the game crashed.
