This PR ports all the compatibilities from Regeneration 1.16.5 into 1.19.2 for New TARDIS Mod! (Private port but doesn't matter lmao)
The dependency for NTM is grabbed via flatdir so if you try to test, you will need to build the NTM jar.
Forge version for Regeneration was updated in order for NTM to work properly
