overwrite anaconda3/envs/earthEngineGrabR #1

running ee_grab_install() a second time fails because it cannot overwrite anaconda3/envs/earthEngineGrabR. This is problematic if the package is updated and needs to be re-installed.

argument clean_environment = TRUE does the trick
