Proof of Concept - `Would You Rather` screen

As a stakeholder I want to have a mockup of the Would You Rather question page So I can evaluate our first use case before development

Acceptance criteria

1. A Figma mockup is created for the “Would You Rather” questionnaire page and should feature
   • The page on an iPhone SE screen
   • The page on an iPad screen portrait
   • The page on an iPad screen landscape
2. After the above is accepted, export to React code and incorporate in the project
3. Screen should be responsive according to the Figma mockup
4. Final result is a React template styled and responsive, running in the app,
5. All React code should be in the extension .tsx

Excludes

• No real data or api calls necessary
• No redux code necessary
• No need to send form
