Atomata could be launched when FAHClient is not running, leaving it unable to load any trajectory or slot information. It should allow 5 seconds to connect to FAHClient. If it is unable to with that time period, it should either show 1) a demo protein like FAHViewer, 2) show nothing other than a message saying that it was unable to connect, or 3) fail to launch with an error message.
