Animate atoms and bonds #22

Atoms should move smoothly from snapshot to snapshot. Bonds, aligned and oriented to the pairs of atoms they connect, should of course follow.

The numbers check out, I think this is done. I just need to get a WU with more than one checkpoint so that I can test this!

I finally picked up an core a4 WU, and IT WORKS! :D :D
