Ability to show atomic charges #6

There's other atomic data that FAHViewer doesn't show. Charges is one of these. It'd be nice if it showed information like charges, that might be interesting.

"C" would be a good keybinding for this.

Actually, this doesn't turn out as cool as it could be. Drawing in proportional to electron shell count actually looks a lot better.
