Hibbeler - examples update #7

Modify examples to all be from hibbeler textbook. Will help to make sure can reference everything properly. Will also be referencing this textbook in paper.md file, as it is the origin for most of the theory behind the analysis used in the code.

Changes have been made to examples in commit 8375408328ce35c290a344eb47502878777b11b6 . Will still need to add this to references and use proper citation etc.
