Can you clarify what type of license is applicable for this project? Thanks.

Some of the files were taken from the Scipy project and would fall under their licensing, and the TrueSkill algorithm itself is patented and trademarked by Microsoft so you would need to adhere to that.

As far as the code I wrote is concerned, it's free use. I'll add a license later, but it'll be of the form
