Things to include:

• [x] Instructions for local build of the system
• [ ] Instructions to test each of the services locally
• [x] Instructions for running project locally outside of k8s
• [ ] Description of each API endpoint and what it returns
• [ ] Badges to show status of each stage in CI/CD pipeline.

Unfortunately all I can really include are instructions for building/running the UI locally at the moment (ran out of time to implement the rest).
