No gitsubmodules present #504

Hello,

I recently re-cloned the repo so I could get an updated version and when it was cloned, I could not get hte submodules to work. Apparently, there are NO submodules. I checked tghe .git folder and the CONFIG file and even the .gitmodules but there are NO SUBMODULES present. Is it working without submodules? If yes, why is it there in the installation guide.

I believe SteamBot's libs were recently migrated to nuget, and the readme hasn't been changed to reflect that. It should still compile fine, so give it a try.

Ok good enough it worked.. @Jessecar96 you should really change the readme
