Steam Desktop Authenticator won't open #659

Hello! The Steam Desktop Authenticator won't open and I need help. I haven't tried rebooting but I have tried redownloading the framework, and that didn't work. Any help? Every time I click it only just loads for 2 seconds then stops and never boots up. I really want to use this for scrap.tf and I don't have a mobile phone. Thanks in advance!

BTW I have a latest version W10 for this.
