Basic Anti API Scam Implementation To Mitigate Potential Risks (much needed) #832

Due to recent often steam api scams, i suggest to add simple protective features to excisting "auto confirm trades" functionality due to the increasing prevalence of scams involving the Steam API. As an active peer-to-peer trader on platforms such as Buff, I strongly believe that the implementation of these simple measures is crucial to mitigate the potential consequences of account API hijacking.

While the "auto confirm trades" button is undeniably beneficial, its current form leaves accounts vulnerable to rapid depletion within a matter of minutes. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in enhancing the security capabilities of this feature, aiming to safeguard user accounts from unauthorized access and fraudulent activities.

Now at the moment it would be necessary for SDA to work at all ... otherwise auto-acceptance of operations has turned into an absurdity with a login every 10-15 seconds and with such success it is easier to just use the phone.

Probably still raw update, that's why i suggest new functions since the app is still on support, and by now you might better just stick with the older one https://github.com/Jessecar96/SteamDesktopAuthenticator/releases/tag/1.0.10 that one works fine (for me at least)
