Waiting Room Enhancements #97

What if we just have a mini "doge clicker" game in the waiting room, and every 5-10 doges clicks will refresh the page? This will make refreshing the game fun (and also, pretty much make players forget they're waiting), and give incentive to the players to quickly type in their phrase.

At end game, we can get a doge trophy to the player that fully completed the most doge-refreshes.

Currently there's a simple version of this up. Would like to make it more mini-game-ish though.

Also, maybe keep score.
