Chapter 3 Problem Example Issue #2

The example BED file appears too short for the result of 59. I count 12 lines meaning the five largest indices possible would be 11, 10, 9, 8, 7 which sums to 45. Am I misinterpreting the problem somehow?

I think the snippet that you're missing is that you're supposed to select the five largest per chromosome.
