I figured out how to do it so please ignore the previous message.
No, what you should do is copy all of the files of the presentation you have been working on into a folder on the stat626_project git repository and then just commit and push

I have put all my LaTeX work for July 11 into a github repository. Is there a way to merge that with what we are doing here?

I noticed the other two groups repeated some of the preliminary data from the first presentation. Would you like me to add that to the presentation or just the write-up?
Sean, are you presenting tomorrow or Tuesday?

It would help if a quick recap was in the presentation, but I can just give a short version.
I'm presenting today. On Jul 10, 2016 11:49 PM, "Alison" notifications@github.com wrote:

I have put all my LaTeX work for July 11 into a github repository. Is there a way to merge that with what we are doing here? Can we just clone it into here? I've never cloned a repository into a repository...
