Mobile - Cannot get to card templates if user presses X #3821

Problem

  1. On mobile, create a new step
  2. Open the canvas and press "Select Card Template"
  3. Instead of choosing a card template, press the x to close the panel
  4. The user can no longer bring up the card templates panel, even when they create a brand new step and press "Select Card Template"

Saw this on iPhone, not sure if this is also happening on android
