JF Video Titles and descriptions are displaying in English when NS UI is in another language #3879

Device / Browser: PC + Chrome

Bug details / How to reproduce: I switched my UI to Spanish and when I went to add a video I noticed all the videos titles and descriptions were still in English.

Desired behavior: everything should be in Spanish
