Quick Settings Tests #3916

Problem
There are no tests for any of the quick settings (JourneyQuickSettings.tsx and child components)

Task
Add some unit/integration tests

Additional Info
You can access the quick setting by opening a journey and then postponing /quick onto the url. https://admin.nextstep.is/journeys/a0df018c-6bf9-4af5-a8b4-3eafd22116bd/quick for example.
