Video Library Filter - Keep the Filter and Column selections

in the Video Library page, once a user sets a Filter, can that filter remain even if you navigate to a different page and comes back
This is especially handy when users set a filter to search for a video but there are multiple videos that fit that particular filter setting and end up needing to look through a few videos to find the one they want.
- at the moment, because it resets each time you come back to the Video Library page, users have to reapply the filter each time (see demo below)
Same with the Columns button (see demo below)

Also, (if there are plans to have multiple filter options in the future) can we have a clear filter button
