Hand rest updates and finger cluster revision #5

Probably needs some folder cleanup. Some explanations are on the forum. The updated hand rest is not yet part of this update (this is still 3ds Max, I am on Fusion now). Let me know what you think of the cluster.

I think this is diverging enough that it probably makes sense just to keep it as a fork in your own repository?

It seems that the gerber files of the main board are missing. Or are they moved to other places?

Also, just a suggestion, but you might consider adding the fusion 360 file in the repository directly. The .stls are great of course, but the primary source for you is really the fusion 360 file/project/whatever. And I would suggest keeping it up to date whenever you update an stl or anything.
