adding Python input file for tutorial 1 #1

Hi @Jesusbill,

First of all thanks for the amazing tutorials, they are very helpful!

I want to use CA via the python interface, I created the python input file for tutorial 1. The CA version I use is 15.4

I didn't yet manage to figure out how to do the postprocessing from tutorials 2 & 3, if I manage then I will also add it
