triggerbossclass on a map prevents the intermission boss zombie from spawning. The message [player] will become Ancient Nightmare soon!_ still shows.
This should be fixed so that either the message doesn't show if there's a trigger_bossclass, or using a keyvalue that enables/disables the intermission boss zombie. It's my understanding that a few maps currently on the maplist that aren't objective use the trigger_bossclass entity.
