All basic items shouldn't be behind a skill. Not including medic cloud bomb because of its low stock.
Zapper Sigil Fragment Drone Repair Field Gas grenade
All of these items need to be immediately available. The skill slots need to be changed to either variant unlocks or side grades for the item.
