Emote fixes across the board Voice distorter now works on all emotes. Fixed pitch being stuck at 100% for the local player's own emotes even though others heard them at the right pitch. Fixed dynsnd emotes not stopping when minimizing the game if the local player played it.

Happens after this update. Alt tabbing will fix it.

Ensure dynamic sound cleanup after playback.
